That's me, smiling at the ceiling with Dr Theng behind me.
I know it's really weird but the nurse actually snapped this photo of me pre-op without telling me why.
I kept thinking about it and thought that maybe Dr Theng will give me a souvenir t-shirt with the photo printed on it or something....
OR that he is collecting the photos for some world record feat.
It was only the next day then Dr Theng presented me with this photo encased in a glass frame. He was going, "I have a surprise for you...."
I was really surprised. This must have been the strangest souvenir I have received.
He also gave me autographed copies of his book.
Not bad eh. Go for op, get a gift. Now the glass encased photo is sitting happily on the wall beside my bed. The weirdest photo I ever took.
