First Post of 2009

Realised that I'm doing one post a month now.

Blame it on Facebook. Photos and updates are all up there so didn't really have the urge to type on blogger.

In the middle of the Chinese New Year now. Had a spring cleaning session where I put away old photographs, threw out old university texts, and put away some clothes in my "flea bag".

Felt strange to do all these, especially the old photos and textbooks bit. It was like taking a step back in time and then having a sudden realisation that everything changed so much, so fast. Ah well, it's probably the new year nostalgia bug. Heng, I only spring clean once a year...

Anyway!

I'm going for Lasik!! Next week! I'm so scared and I really pray that I'll be ok. Yes, I know thousands of people have went for it and they are ok but still, I'm nervous!


Oh, and I'm also thinking of getting this Kate Spade bag:



$540 in the Singapore store. Cheaper in the US online store, but more troublesome to buy online lah.

Thought it was quite a practical bag, large enough to hold my water bottle, umbrella, dance shoes, my 2 wallets, ipod, camera, a novel, my make up bag and my miscellaneous stuff pouch. (I'm so auntie, I got so many things to bring out!)

Because I had ranted about how I had difficulty buying Kate Spade online, this male friend of mine took a glance at my value-for-money Burberry (Blue Label) and asked: What is it about women and branded bags?

I answered, pissed off: It's the same thing with guys and their cars.

I hate stupid questions.

And I'm not crazy over brand name bags lor. I only have one Burberry and it cost me $500 and I bought it because it could fit in all my stuff (see the items above). Very value for money!

Ok, I'm gonna find out how I can purchase Kate Spade online now.....
